Introduction

I love travelling and would like to visit as many countries as possible in my lifetime. I'm fascinated by all the different culture's, and believe we could learn a lot by integrating the best parts of these cultures into every day life.

I may be slightly bias, but I believe in the old saying that travel is the best form of education!

I will compile a list of countries that I have visited which will have links to a brief description with pictures (where possible), of my experience's in that country.

Please bear in mind that when somebody says that they have visited a country, invariably they have only seen a very small part of that country (just ask most people how much they've seen of their own country). The culture of a country can, and often does, vary from area to area. So when we hear conflicting views from different people there are lots of things to take into consideration, to list just a few, these could include

What part of the country did they visit?

Do they have strong biases on different cultures etc?

Any "out of the ordinary" (good or bad) experiences they may have encountered on that particular visit (i.e.: a building site next to their hotel, could possibly result in a less favorable memory of that place. Where of course a visit a year later it could be a totally different story)!

However independent we try to be, we wouldn't be human if we didn't have certain biases, so taking all this into consideration I will consciously try to give as unbiased opinions as possible.
